As Director at Partnership for Improvement, she drives innovation and collaboration to enhance patient care.

Known for her strategic focus, resilience, and ability to inspire teams, Emma is dedicated to supporting healthcare organisations and making a positive impact within communities.

She also serves as Senior Associate Lecturer and Quality Improvement lead for NHS England’s flagship Professional Nurse Advocate programme at the University of Lincoln.

Elaine Kemp is a seasoned business improvement consultant and Managing Director at Partnership for Improvement, bringing over 30 years of NHS frontline leadership and quality improvement expertise.

She excels in transforming care systems, from co-creating the PCN improvement programme and Capability Building initiatives to leading operational redesign in cardiothoracic services and enhancing endoscopy efficiency.

Passionate about empowering people, Elaine helps teams reclaim control, improve access, and embed sustainable improvements.
